In 2003 I left a position as a corporate travel agent and began my career as an Esthetician and small business owner. I have been so blessed to have grown my single rented room into a wonderful spa space where you can feel relaxed and well taken care of by a talented team of professionals.

I am passionate about and well educated in skincare and waxing; I have been a hands-on esthetician for over 20 years. I am honored that my clients trust me and refer their family and friends.

I am a true believe in lifelong learning and growing. In 2019 I graduated from Western Governors University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Human Resources Management. I enjoy mentorship and sharing my experiences and knowledge with my team.

I welcome you to Oceana Spa and know you will be well cared for during your visit.

In my spare time you will find me kayaking the rivers of Grays Harbor.

Esthetician

I became an Aesthetician in 1988 and was blessed to be mentored by Nina Ummel, owner of Ummelina International Day Spa in Seattle. After six years there, I took a year off to travel through Thailand, Indonesia & Taiwan, then returned for another year at Ummelina. In 1995 I moved to Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, where I was the Lead Aesthetician at the Coeur d'Alene Resort Spa. While there, I was blessed to go to Paris, France, twice for some advanced training. After 24+ years there, I returned home to the beautiful Pacific Northwest to be closer to family and landed here at Oceana Spa.

In my spare time, I am a worship leader at my church, love flower gardening and cooking (especially baking!), and have a wonderful husband and two beautiful German Shepherds.

Front Desk Coordinator & Social Media Maven

I'm a Western Washington University graduate with a Bachelor's in Journalism and a Minor in International Business.  I wear several hats at the spa, including customer service, schedule management, and creating content for our social media channels. I have fallen in love with the beautiful world of all thing’s spas! Ask me about products like Eminence Organic Skincare and Bare Minerals or how to protect your skin from the sun with COOLA SPF. When I'm not working, I like to spend time with my friends, watch my nephew race, or travel to Hawaii to visit my sister.

Licensed Massage Therapist

I studied at Body Mechanics School of Myotherapy and Massage in Tumwater and graduated in 2017. I started my spa journey by working at the front desk at Oceana Spa while I went to massage school and then transitioned to working in the treatment room. In 2019 I opened a solo practice and in 2022 I went to work in a chiropractic office. In 2023 I rejoined the Oceana Spa team. The best part of my job is helping people feel better and have improved mobility. I’m excited to be back to my roots here at Oceana Spa and can’t wait to provide you a relaxing environment to work with your muscles to soothe and heal your body and mind. In my spare time you will find me with my family out and about with our fur babies.

Licensed Massage Therapist

I have been a licensed massage therapist since 2012 and I have worked in Utah and Washington.

I specialize in treatment massage for injury rehabilitation as well as therapeutic massage for grief and anxiety. I particularly enjoy pairing treatment work with relaxation techniques to help people feel more comfortable in their minds and bodies long after they have left my massage table.  Each massage session with me is 100% customized using a combination of modalities such as deep tissue, myofascial release, reflexology, trigger point, and energetics to be as unique as the person receiving it. It is incredibly rewarding to see the instant transformation in people after they've had a good massage.

I graduated from Ashmead College in 2000. I have been with Oceana Spa since 2019 Previously I worked at several esteemed Washington State at spas, resorts, and clinics. I generally use a combination of Swedish/ deep tissue/ and treatment work. I fully customize your massage to the discussed needs for the best results. My favorite spa service to give is the hot stone massage. I love how hot stones make the massage twice as effective for the same effort. I truly enjoy helping my clients with the relief that only comes when the stress and pain have been removed. I look forward to serving our community.

I’m new to the Harbor, having relocated from Northern California to Aberdeen at the beginning of 2022. I absolutely adores it here, and it truly feels like home!

I have been certified in bodywork and energy healing for about 25 years and I’m excited to bring my unique healing blend to the community. I specializes in deep relaxation, reducing stress, and helping people reconnect with their bodies.
